While we strive for perfection in every Eclipse Blade, Edea boot, and Chloe Noel dress we deliver, we understand that sometimes returns or exchanges are necessary.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging
- All tags must still be attached (for apparel like Chloe Noel Dresses)
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Bunga Pads (personal protective equipment)
- Gloves (hygiene reasons)
- Custom-made items like Harlick Skates or Brad Griffies Designs
- Any used or damaged products
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below for faster processing.
- Wait for Authorization: Our skating-experienced support team will review your request and provide return instructions within 2 business days.
- Ship Your Return: Once approved, ship the item(s) to our Columbus facility using a trackable shipping method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Inspection & Processing: We’ll inspect returned items upon arrival and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Once your return is processed:
- Timing: Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days after we process your return.
- Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Amount: You’ll receive the product price minus original shipping costs. For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping for the replacement item.
Exchanges
Prefer a different size or style? We’re happy to exchange:
- Blade Covers/Soakers for a different color
- Chloe Noel Dresses for alternative sizes
- Accessories like Blade Blankies or Blade Buddies for different designs
Note: Exchanges are subject to product availability. For international exchanges, additional shipping fees may apply.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your Edea Ice boots, Graf products, or other items arrive damaged or defective:
- Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage
- We’ll arrange for a prepaid return label if needed
- Receive a replacement or full refund at no additional cost
