Shipping Information

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Methods:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days delivery after shipment)
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days delivery after shipment)

We currently ship worldwide, excluding certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Delivery times may vary based on destination and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging
  • All tags must still be attached (especially for apparel like Chloe Noel Dresses)
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Bunga Pads (personal protective equipment)
  • Gloves
  • Custom-made items like Harlick Skates or Brad Griffies Designs
  • Any used or damaged products

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Wait for Authorization: Our skating-experienced support team will review your request and provide return instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Ship Your Return: Once approved, ship the item(s) to our Columbus facility using a trackable shipping method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  4. Inspection & Processing: We’ll inspect returned items upon arrival and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Refund Information

Once your return is processed:

Damaged or Defective Items

If your Edea Ice boots, Graf products, or other items arrive damaged or defective:
